The Tingley jacket is compliant for high-visibility. The 2-inch silver Reflective Tape reflects light for 360-degree nighttime visibility, and the florescent yellow/lime green background material provides excellent daytime visibility.

There are two zippered front hand warmer pockets and a zippered security pocket on the right. Even the front zips up, with the storm fly front with a zipper front closure. The tapered back gives you a lean silhouette, and you can adjust the waist with the elastic draw cord. You can also adjust the sleeves using the hook and loop take-up straps on the cuffs. With the overhead shoulder design, you'll have freedom of movement in the greenish yellow jacket.

This is the best high visibility jacket I've worn. A lot of the other top selling brands on the market don't hold up to the abuse of heavy highway and construction work. This one does. It's very comfortable as well. It does require another layer or a sweatshirt under it in really cold temps. Well worth the money for how long it has lasted me.
