Constructed from durable 420 denier Nylon, this material makes this waterproof jacket more abrasion-resistant than any other gear in its class. Designed for whatever the elements are ready to dish out, this Gage jacket is water-resistant (waterproof to 8,000mm) and breathable (rated at 3,000mvp). The fully taped seams seal out rain and water, and a drop tail adjustable hem locks out cold air and wind. Blocking the wind and rain, you`ll find a full-sized adjustable hood.
Two large zipper pockets on the side of this hi-vis jacket safely store items, while an internal mesh pocket is great for items that you want to stay dry, but need to be able to get to fast. To keep water from getting in, the front zipper has a double storm flap. This storm flap also has a folded and stitched water ditch to prevent moisture from getting through to inner layers of clothing. Also, the top of the zipper is covered to prevent chaffing and rubbing on your chin.
This Grundens jacket is yellow to provide daytime high-visibility. Reflective Tape gives nighttime high-visibility in a harness pattern with two arm bands and a band around the waist. Gage High-Visibility raingear is ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 certified and ANSI compliant Class 3.

The best part about this rain jacket is the hood. Most rain jackets I have come across do not stay up on a windy day. All you have to do is clip the easy buttons together and pull the draw string then you are good to go on the windy rainy days. The material is also another key note. It is not that rubbery plastic material that feels stiff when it gets cold. This rain jacket just feels like a long sleeve shirt that keeps you dry! It is durable and machine washable but DO NOT bleach it!
